Down On The 3D Farm Pt2 Hay Bales
More of the farm project. Its a simple mesh with Fiber Effects used to generate the stray hay strands on the surface. FFx can produce some lovely results but it is very crash prone especially when editing the guide hairs. I very nearly gave up before getting this result.
Again this model and scene will be given away after the short come out.

Down On the 3D Farm Pt1 Tractor
I`m helping out a fellow Lightwaver by modeling some things for a short film he is working on. First up is this tractor, its not accurate to any particular version of tractor model. its all subdivision surfaces apart from some nuts and bolts.

The Great Telescope At Birr
Built in the 1800`s by  William Parsons the third Earl of Ross and his wife Mary Rosse. She was an accomplished blacksmith and created much of the ironwork that supported the telescope.
